BPMCover does not accept returns or refunds for issues caused by the customer, such as selecting the wrong phone model, design, or providing an incorrect shipping address. Each case is made to order and personalized, which means it cannot be returned for reasons not attributable to our responsibility.
If the error is on our side — such as an incorrect design, wrong phone model, or production defect — we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund. To submit a replacement or refund request, customers must provide clear proof of the issue through photos and videos, allowing us to verify the problem and resolve it promptly.
Approved refunds are processed directly to the same card or payment method used at checkout. Our goal is to ensure a fair and transparent experience, taking full responsibility for any mistakes on our part.
